North American Solar Academy’s mission is to deliver the highest quality education in Solar PV Design and Installation. Our program is divided into two components; online e-learning and a 2-day hands-on program. The students learn the science behind solar power, electrical basics, performing site evaluations and the function and integration of all components of a solar powered system, both grid tied and off grid. All students will manually assemble a fully operational roof, pole and ground mounted solar powered system. Students get the full experience of learning about solar power from the convenience of their own home with the online portion, the practical experience of the two day hands on and the extended opportunity to observe an actual installation with our Co-op job placement program.
